We’re Turning 4! And Honestly, We’re Feeling It.

This October marks four whole years of Feel Alive Wellness Station — and like any self-respecting 4-year-old, we think that’s kind of a big deal (cue tiny birthday hats and a smoothie toast).

But instead of throwing a wild party with clowns and bouncy castles (though… never say never), we decided to celebrate in two big ways:

👉 By leaning even more into who we are

👉 And by shining a light on what makes Palmerston amazing — the community, the people, and the local businesses that make this town feel like home.

Because this town? It’s not just where we set up shop...

It’s where our daughter goes to school.

It’s where our friends hang out, where our neighbours wave from across the street, and where our customers have become our people.

It’s where the other business owners around us live, work, and hustle. And we couldn't celebrate our milestone without celebrating them, too.

So what does “leaning into who we are” actually look like?

Well, we’re not trying to be anything we’re not. We’re not following trends, remixing someone else's vibe, or blending in — unless we’re talking smoothies. Then, yes, always blending. We just decided it was time to make our brand more us — more colour, more character, more community.

We redecorated our space with cozy new vibes and cool historic Palmerston photos (big thanks to the Palmerston Railway Museum — you’re the real MVPs) to make it feel even more rooted in place.

Now it feels like home — not just to us, but we hope to everyone who walks in the door.

We’ve also kinda been celebrating all year...

Because when you turn 4, you don’t wait for the actual birthday. Ask any preschooler — it’s a month-long event at minimum.

So far we’ve:

• Given away free drinks every single week this summer with our “Guess Where Giveaway” game — hiding drinks around town at other awesome businesses, blurring the background, and putting your community knowledge to the test.

• Shouted out our fellow entrepreneurs, because they deserve some love too.

• Dropped new menu items, because sometimes you just need another reason to stop in for a post-walk smoothie.

• Launched a new website that matches our vibe.

And we’re not done.

There’s more to come before the year’s out — including treats (yes, real food for those of you who want something a little more filling with your morning coffee), even more giveaways, and some fun new ways to connect with our amazing community.
