Feel Alive Wellness Station has created COVID-19 store policies and procedures to reflect recommendations by public health authorities.

We appreciate your support and adherence to these guidelines to help keep our staff, clients and community safe!

If you have any questions about our guidelines, please call us. We’re here to help you as much as possible during these times, while keeping everyone safe.

FOR ALL FEEL ALIVE VISITORS

  • We're wearing masks, using hand sanitizer, and sanitizing the space regularly.

  • We welcome a limited number of visitors in the space at one time to ensure social distancing is possible.

  • All visitors must wear a mask/face covering and use hand sanitizer.

  • We have a wireless debit machine for contact-free payments.

Our COVID-19 protocols reflect best practices established by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • You will be screened for symptoms before the appointment and when you arrive

  • You will be asked to wear a mask and come to the appointment alone, if possible

  • The RMT will wash their hands thoroughly and regularly, before and after treatment

  • The RMT will wear a mask, and they may wear a face shield, goggles or other personal protective equipment

CLEANING & DISINFECTING PROTOCOLS

  • The face cradle will be thoroughly disinfected

  • Items used during treatment will be cleaned and disinfected after each client

  • Linens and blankets will be changed and laundered after each client

  • Items that cannot be cleaned and disinfected or changed between clients will be

  • removed from the treatment area

WHAT YOU CAN DO

  • Stay home if you are sick or feeling unwell. Your appointment confirmation email contains links to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Let your RMT know if you have any difficulties wearing a mask.

  • Follow your RMT's guidance and ask any questions you have before, during and after treatment.
